Great question! As a recent home buyer/seller, I was frustrated with not knowing how the marketing efforts went for the property. So, I built a tool to help realtors measure physical marketing efforts like flyers using QR codes.
That tool was ListingQR. It helps realtors provide listing information to potential buyers while gaining valuable insights. ListingQR does this by creating listing landing pages and connecting them to marketing efforts via QR codes. You can create unique QR codes for signs, flyers, and any other marketing materials you want to use. These QR codes allow you to track metrics on listings and provide valuable insights on how effective your marketing efforts are, in order to make more informed decisions about pricing, promotions, and more.
